More pictures!

I have more pictures from our trip to Georgia! My friend Janet was so sweet to email me copies of the pictures she took. Now, hers are MUCH better than mine turned out. She has the most awesome camera I have ever seen! She got a lot of actions shots, and she is great with the camera.

Here are the pictures....

Dallin is showing Wesley how to work his VW Beetle. Aren't the matching pj's adorable?

These next few pictures were taken at the Atlanta Temple. It was a beautiful day, and the boys looked too cute not to take lots of pictures.

Dallin's sporting his cute smile and Wesley is looking a little unsure... haha

Family picture! Too bad Wesley didn't feel like taking a picture.

This is probably my favorite picture out of the bunch. He has such an innocent look on his face, not too mention the flowers, and most of all, the beautiful words written in gold on the temple.

In these next few pictures he is picking flowers. It was nice to watch him pick the flowers and look at them in amazment.

I have to laugh when I look at this photo! Dallin was losing his pants all weekend. It was so cute to watch him picking them up!

Wesley was running in this one if you couldn't tell.

Here Dallin is trying to get his pants back up on his little behind :-)

More flowers...

That's Dallin... amazing how much they look alike, huh?

Dallin again...

Now that's Wesley of course!

Dallins on the left and Wesley is on the right

There's Abby! Isn't she beautiful?

Eric, Michael, and Wesley...

Eric, Dallin, Michael, and Wesley... "the boys"

Me, Janet, and Abby... "the girls"

I love this picture too, I just wish Eric could have been in it... but someone had to take the picture!

This picture marked the end of our trip. After it was snapped, we got in the car and headed home.

Hope everyone enjoyed the pictures! I know I did!

Our trip to Georgia!

The three of us went to Atlanta Georgia this past weekend. We arrived on Friday, and left today (Sunday), it was a quick trip, but we had a blast!

Our reason for picking Atlanta as our mini-vacation spot was to visit our friends Eric, Janet, Dallin, and Abby!

Michael and Eric were companions on their mission. They served together for about 12 weeks. Eric and Janet got married about the same time Michael and I did, and they had there first baby around the same time we did! They already have added another little member to their family, so they are a bit ahead of us on that one!

Janet and I have a lot in common, and have become really good friends! It all started by emailing each other, then IMing, then talking on the phone... so it was so much fun to get to finally meet each other in person! After seeing her in person, I was excited to see we have even more in common than I thought.

So, Eric and Michael knew each other, Janet and I have built a great solid friendship... so that leaves Wesley and Dallin. They talked on the phone once or twice, but at two, you can't really expect that to mean anything, so this was the first time the two met!

Sorry the picture qaulity is bad on this one! Anyway, when we drove into town we met Eric and Janet at a sushi place, and this is where Wesley and Dallin got their first glimps of each other. They were a bit shy at first, but after we got inside, they had tons of fun running around with each other, and even got to knock over a big wooden fish! They had fun for sure.

After dinner we headed to the Jensen home! Wesley and Dallin got right to business... play, play, play!

They had a lot of fun splashing around in the tub together.

Don't they have the cutest little smiles?

Wesley had a ton of fun playing with all of Dallins neat toys! The jammies he is wearing in this picture are actually the same as Dallins jammies! Janet bought the boys matching jammies, and I bought them matching tshirts. It was a trip trying to make sure I was talking to the right kid! They both have blonde hair, blue eyes, and then the same jammies. It was confusing for sure. I didn't snap a picture of them together, I wish I had.

Here are Eric, Janet, and their 4 month old daughter Abby. She is the calmest baby I have ever seen! It was a lot of fun holding her and getting to watch Janet with her and Dallin. It made me see that when we add another baby to our family that everything will be okay.

Here the boys are saying their goodbyes. It was so sad. Dallin was crying, and as we drove away, Wesley was screaming, "Dallin!!! DALLIN!!!".

Again, we had so much fun. It was so nice to spend time with friends who share the same values as we do. It makes me smile to know that not only are families forever, but good friends are forever too!

He's cute no matter what...

It's late, but I wanted to post some cute pictures of Wesley. Now, he is crying in them, because he got into trouble throwing some stuff around the living room and almost breaking them, but I've learned that you have to try and cherish everything about your children while they are little. I know it seemed like the end of the world for Wesley when he was told not to throw the sharp kitchen utensils around the living room, but someday he will look at these pictures and agree that he was just too cute, whether he was smiling or throwing a fit.

In one of the pictures I tried to get him to smile and strike a pose with me, but he wasn't too excited about that idea. Oh well, I took the picture anyway!

Today was good though. We got to spend the day together as a family, and that's what makes me happiest! Michael is on spring break now, so we have a whole week of sleeping in, day trips, and lots of R&R to look forward to!

Here are the pictures, again, though he's upset, he is still adorable! It was cute because when I actually took the pictures we were pretty much done with his time out, but he was crying because he was "sowwy".
